Your account
We use your name, email, learner category, study stage, city, state/province, country and optional institution to manage your account and learning access. Wix handles authentication. Google or Facebook sign-in shares the details needed to authenticate you. Essential cookies maintain the session and verification.
Volunteer applications
Medusane’s authorised team uses your contact details, academic information, preferred wing, experience, availability, motivation and optional portfolio to review your application and follow up. Applications and internal review notes are not public. Application consent is separate from marketing consent.
Your choices
You can update your profile and withdraw an active application in My Account. Request correction, an email change, access to your information or account/application deletion by emailing meducation4all@gmail.com from your registered address. We may need to verify ownership. Records are kept while needed for account services, selection and related follow-up.
External resources
YouTube embeds and linked files use external services with their own privacy practices. Public YouTube videos remain public on YouTube.
